We would like to offer this luxury private apartment in Javea to decent people (couples or small families). It is completely new decorated located 200 meters from the Arenal beach and 100 meters from main street. Our aim is to have you back next year and spread the message : “ had a wonderful time”  (in dutch : “ Geweldig Genoten”)

In the morning, all you need is a five-minute walk to be lying on the fine sand of El Arenal Beach, or to get into the warm Mediterranean sea without having to worry about parking your car in the sun. If you want to go sailing on a boat, you just need only 15 minutes to arrive at the marina. And if you enjoy culture and arts, you only need 20 minutes to reach the historic town of Javea and walk among its appealing streets, churches, museums and “plazas”

At evening the bustling social life of Javea is close to you, but far away not to be bothered by. You could walk along the Mediterranean avenue choosing one of the nice restaurants by the seaside, where you could enjoy the view of horizon; enjoy a good meal or a nice cocktail. All at just 5 minutes walk from your apartment.

The apartment (95m2) is located in the prestigious Golden Beach development of JAVEA. A luxury site equipped with all facilities to have quiet, comfortable and safe holidays. Ideal for families with children.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment gets access (also via elevator) to large community pool with a separated children section and plenty of garden space. The pool and the gardens are completely fenced off so your children can play safe.

The apartments have a furnished balcony of 15 m2 where you could have a wonderful quite breakfast outdoor. It has a fully-equipped luxurious kitchen and a living room with comfortable furniture and all the luxury you can wish for.
