Additional information on rental rates

• A Non-refundable 25% Deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining plus additional 150 euro Refundable Security Deposit (for breakages) payable in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date. The security deposit will be repaid at the end of your stay after inspection. Above prices include full use of Air Conditioning installed in all rooms.
• When you decide to come back the next year , we can offer you a 5% deduction of the rent.
• Cleaning costs (80 euro) are not included in the rental rates. Cleaning will be done after you vacate the apartment. If so desired, you can ask for intermediate cleaning at 80 euro.
• Longer term rent : special rates apply. Please contact us for more details.
• Car Hire can be arranged for collection at the Airport if required. Full Details and Price List available on request. For those Guests who do not wish to drive an Airport Transfer Collection Service can also be arranged if preferred.
